These terms create the official agreement between you and Back Of Gollira Tours for all bookings and tours in Musanze District, Rwanda. By making a reservation, you agree to these conditions.
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of 50% before the tour date.
Full payment must be made 10 days before the expedition date
Payments are non-refundable unless canceled within the permitted time frame (see cancellation policy).
Cancellations made 10 days before the tour will receive a 20% refund.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days before departure.
Booking & Cancellation Policy for Star travel and tours :
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the tour received a 20% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 5-9 days before the tour receive a 10% refund of the total payment.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the tour are non-refundable.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Last-minute changes (less than 3 days before departure) will incur a 10% rescheduling
If Back Of Gollira Tours cancel a tour due to weather or safety concerns, clients will receive a Half refund or an option to reschedule.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their participation.
Back Of Gollira Tours reserve the right to refuse participation if a client is deemed unfit for the activity.
Clients must follow all safety instructions given by guides.
Back Of Gollira Tours are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings unless caused by company negligence.
Clients must sign a liability waiver before participating in high-risk activities.
Clients are responsible for having appropriate travel insurance
Clients must respect local communities, wildlife, and the environment.
Any behavior that disrupts the experience of other travelers (e.g., excessive drinking, disrespectful behavior) may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Back Of Gollira Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
Alternative activities may be provided when necessary.
The company may use photos and videos taken during expeditions for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
